Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN - PACU for a 10-week assignment requiring active MA RN licensure and Cerner EMR experience.

Details

• PACU and pre-op coverage within the OR department
• 4x10-hour shifts, scheduled 0630-1700, with rotating shifts possible
• One night shift per week required
• Call coverage required, including one 48-hour weekend call every 5 weeks
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Active certifications required at time of consideration
• Crisis Prevention certification required (Nonviolent Crisis Training, MAB, or equivalent as applicable)
• Must meet required PACU experience for the role
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security Number (full or last 4 digits) and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care in both pre-op and PACU settings
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• RTO requests should be kept to fewer than 7 days
• Returning permanent employees or travelers must be identified prior to consideration
• Right to Represent and change of agency are not permitted for this assignment
