Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience and a valid RN license.

Details

Home Health setting with a geriatric patient population
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
Schedule is Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts
On-call responsibilities required, details discussed during interview
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
Traveler must be flexible with assigned territory
iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

Active RN license (State or Compact) required in hand
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
OASIS experience required for clinicians performing SOCs
HCHB EMR experience required
Proof of vehicle insurance required
No first-time travelers accepted

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients
Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
Locals accepted at the travel rate
Compliance items must be started within 24 hours of accepted offer
RTO must be submitted at time of application; any additional RTO after offer requires manager approval
