Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring an active MA RN license and 2+ years of experience with previous travel assignments.
Details
- Float Pool position within a hospital setting
- Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population
- 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- 8-week assignment length
- Float required across units without a set home unit
- Requires Epic EMR experience
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required in hand
- 2+ years of RN experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
Additional Information
- Provide medical-surgical telemetry nursing care while floating between units as needed
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted for this position
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
- No more than three days of requested time off will be approved, and no holiday time off will be approved during this assignment
- Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
