Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring at least one year of experience and an IA or compact RN license.
Details
- 5th Floor Med/Surg unit
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 26-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Active IA or compact RN license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- ACLS certification required for CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, and SICU RNs
- TNCC and NIHSS certifications may be required
- Minimum one year of recent nursing experience
- License verification dated within 30 days of start required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg Tele unit
- Local candidates accepted depending on state-specific rules
- Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most locations
- First-time travelers may be considered
