Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a NICU position requiring CA RN licensure and NRP/STABLE certification.

Details

  • Work in the NICU
  • Night shift schedule, 36 or 48 hours per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • EPIC experience required

Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
  • S.T.A.B.L.E (STABLE) certification required
  • BSN preferred
  • Acute care facility experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty, 3 years for ER, ICU, Cath Lab, and OR
  • No prior license actions/hits accepted

Additional Information

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned NICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process
  • Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and humane care
  • Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
  • Holiday RTO will not be approved
  • Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will be automatically declined
  • Local candidates accepted with no radius rule and local rates equal to travel rates
