Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift position requiring HI RN licensure and NRP/FHM certifications.

Details

Labor and Delivery unit in an acute care hospital setting
Night shift schedule, 06:30 PM-07:00 AM

Requirements

Active HI RN license required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
NRP certification required
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification required
BSN preferred
Acute care facility experience preferred
No candidates with a prior hit on license will be considered

Additional Information

Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients following established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines
Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and caring treatment environment
Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care
Provide patient and family education throughout the care process
Required to receive all applicable vaccinations as a condition of employment
Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates
Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
