Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with robotics and multi-specialty surgical experience for a 6-week acute care assignment.

Details

• Acute care setting within the Operating Room
• General surgery caseload including ortho, neuro, bariatrics, and ENT procedures
• Robotics experience required; CV experience a plus but not required
• Uses EPIC EMR
• Monday-Friday day shift, 8a-5p
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• 6 hours of orientation provided

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Robotics experience required
• Experience in ortho, neuro, bariatrics, and ENT procedures required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform circulating and/or scrub duties for a variety of surgical procedures
• Candidates may not have been directly employed by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
• PRN employment through outside staffing firms is acceptable
