American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring an active license and setting-specific experience.

Outpatient physical therapy setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week

Requirements

Active license required (license required if applicable)
Can start with compact license but must obtain full state license while on assignment
Experience in the relevant treatment setting required
1 professional reference required
SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates previously employed perm/PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible to return until one year of separation has passed
Candidates with prior traveler or older perm/PRN history at this facility should have their name and DOB submitted for eligibility review
Parking and dress code details will be provided during first day orientation
