Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 1+ years of L&D experience and AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Work in the Birth Care Center unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced, or NCCEFM) required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Women's Services setting
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• No local candidates will be considered under any circumstances
