Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years RRT and NICU experience for a 13-week days assignment in Lawton, OK.

Details

• Work in the Respiratory Therapy unit of a 265-bed regional referral center and integrated delivery system
• Provide patient care in critical care areas including adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
• 12-hour day shifts
• Weekend rotation required
• On-call rotation required
• No blocked scheduling available

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RRT experience required
• NICU experience required
• Active OK license required (license required if applicable)
• College diploma or official transcript required
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP

Additional Information

• Provide patient care activities under the supervision of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager
• Train other RT personnel in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care areas
• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their employment ended
• Local candidates within 50 miles will be considered at a reduced rate
• Requests for more than 5 days of RTO are discouraged
