Description

American Traveler is hiring an OR RN for a 13-week assignment requiring an active MA RN license and call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Surgical Services department in a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with a day shift schedule (5x8-hour shifts)
• Variable start times required
• On-call coverage required for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Uses Epic for EMR charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
• Primary source verification of license and certifications required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
• No RTO permitted during the assignment
• Shared housing arrangements available; no pets or guests allowed
• Car required for transportation
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for standard travel rate
• Parking is not validated; public transportation or paid public parking (approximately $17-$22 daily) required at Boston locations
• Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
