Description
American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ARRT (R) certification and at least 2 years of experience.
Details
- Pediatric hospital setting within Radiology/Cardiology department
- 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Weekend shifts required as needed, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday rotations (subject to change based on manager's needs)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required as an X-Ray Technologist
- ARRT (R) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Pediatric imaging experience preferred
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers not accepted unless candidate has 3+ years of experience
- Does not accept local candidates
- Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
- All requested time off must be submitted at time of application and will not be added after an offer is made
- If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall within the assignment, must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays; if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, must be willing to work at least 1
- Former permanent staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning to a traveler role
