Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a TN or compact license and TNCC certification.

Details

Acute care setting in the Emergency Room unit
Day shift schedule, 7a-7p, with every other weekend required
12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

Active TN or Compact RN license required, pending licenses not accepted
Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS, and TNCC
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
BSN not required for this position
Copy of driver's license required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

Provide emergency department nursing care in an acute care hospital setting
6-hour orientation provided prior to start of assignment
