Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of MRI experience to work in an acute care setting using GE 1.5T equipment.
Details
- Acute care MRI department setting
- 12-hour day shifts, 3x12 schedule
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No weekend, holiday, call, or standby requirements
- No floating to other departments required
- Uses Epic and McKesson systems
- GE 1.5T Artist MRI equipment
- 12 hours of department-specific orientation provided
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
- Experience with GE MRI equipment required
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must be able to start IVs
- Negative drug screen required for all panels
Additional Information
- Works alongside tech assistants rather than Registered Radiology Assistants
- Any scrub color permitted, scrubs not provided by facility
- Local candidates accepted with a reduced rate for those within 50 miles of the facility
- No radius rule restricting eligibility
