Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU/PICU night shift position requiring 2+ years specialty experience and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

  • NICU/PICU respiratory therapy unit
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Works at least every other Sunday with every other weekend and holiday rotation
  • May float within the hospital, potentially to the Liberty campus

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU/PICU specialty required
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Valid State License required if applicable (Single State OH or Multi-State License)
  • Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required
  • Epic charting experience preferred

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will be considered, provided they meet the 2-year specialty experience requirement
  • Previous CCHMC employees are ineligible to apply for 1 year from their termination date
  • Candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and subject to local pay rates
  • RTO requests must be submitted at time of application and cannot exceed 5 days total
  • Block scheduling requests are only accepted for weekends (Friday-Sunday)
  • An additional background check and fingerprinting will be required onsite on the first day
