Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ years of skilled home health experience to serve patients in the West Portland area.

Details

Home health setting covering West Portland, OR and surrounding areas
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Patient ratio of 1:1 with up to 6 patients visited per day, 30 productivity points standard
No weekend shifts, on-call duties, or floating required
Uses Home Care Home Base and Remote Client for charting, plus Rover mobile app and Oasis

Requirements

Current BCLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
Oasis experience required; please disclose if not experienced
OR license required if applicable
Must have reliable personal transportation

Additional Information

Daily visits may require travel up to 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time), though scheduling minimizes windshield time where possible
Business casual attire required; no jeans, scrubs optional with no specific color requirement
Primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster required
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate; parking is free
First-time travelers accepted
Locals accepted at the same rate within a 50-75 mile radius
Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
