Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ year of skilled home health experience and OASIS proficiency to serve patients in Seaside, OR and surrounding areas.

Details

Home health setting covering Seaside OR and surrounding areas
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
No weekend or on-call requirements
No floating between units required
Uses Home Care Home Base for charting (required), along with Remote Client for Home Health and Rover phone app/OASIS

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
BLS certification required
OASIS experience required
License required if applicable
Must have own reliable transportation for daily travel between patient visits

Additional Information

Occasional daily driving radius of up to 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time), with scheduling designed to minimize travel time between clients
Requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not mandatory, no jeans
Free parking available on-site
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
First-time travelers will be considered for this position
Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate
Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
