Description

American Traveler is hiring a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist for a Vascular and Cardiology Clinic, requiring RVT or ARRT-VS certification and recent Epic experience.

Details

• Vascular and Cardiology Clinic setting
• Adult patient population
• Performs general and vascular ultrasound studies including abdominal aorta, carotid, arterial graft studies, arterial mapping, dialysis grafts, Doppler studies, duplex scanning, lower and upper extremity arterial and venous studies, renal artery duplex, and M-mode
• Uses GE ultrasound equipment and PACS system
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No call, holiday, or weekend requirements

Requirements

• ARDMS-RVT or ARRT-VS certification required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience required
• GE and PACS experience required
• Epic charting experience within the last 18 months required
• Active compact or TN license required if applicable
• General and vascular ultrasound experience required

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float unless otherwise stated
• Candidates must pass an Epic competency exam with only one attempt allowed
• Candidates requiring respirator fit testing must be clean-shaven
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• First-time travelers may be considered depending on candidate
