Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment, requiring 1+ year of recent experience and OASIS proficiency.

Details

Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
Requires 6 visits daily or a minimum of 30 points weekly
No on-call requirements
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
Uses HCHB EMR system

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
OASIS experience required
HCHB EMR experience required
BLS certification required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Timely communication and documentation required
Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
iPad provided for work use
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Accepts local candidates at the travel rate
