Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position requiring an MD or compact RN license and 1 year of relevant experience.

Details

Work in a 29-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit
Adult patient population with diagnoses including sepsis, UTI, AKI, pneumonia, cholecystitis, and CHF
Patient ratio of 1:5
Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-07:30)
Every other weekend required
Floating required within specialty, other units, and sister facilities within scope
No pre-scheduled on-call required

Requirements

Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) required
Current certifications: BLS and NIHSS
Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience required

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients
Navy blue scrubs required
Holiday coverage required as they fall per schedule
