Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Long Term Acute Care facility, requiring 2+ years of PT experience and a TX or compact license.

Details

Long Term Care (LTC) setting within the Physical Therapy unit
Day shift, 8-hour shifts
No weekend requirements
No on-call requirements
13-week assignment

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
TX or compact PT license required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques
Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
Care provided in a warm, home-like setting focused on personalized recovery goals
