Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Ambulatory Oncology Med/Surg position requiring 2 years of infusion experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Ambulatory oncology setting focused on infusion therapy
- Patient ratio of 1:8
- Uses Epic EMR
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements
- No floating required
Requirements
- Active RN license (VA or Compact) currently in hand
- BLS certification required
- 2 years of infusion experience required
- Ambulatory oncology experience required
- Must complete a chemotherapy test and demonstrate competency in administration (chemo certification not required)
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Administer chemotherapy and other infusion treatments to oncology patients in an ambulatory care setting
- Blue scrubs required
- Former permanent employees may return 12 months after their last shift worked
