Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring experience in the setting and an active PT license.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break
- No call requirements
- Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
- Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment)
- License required if applicable
- Experience in the outpatient setting required
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Parking and dress code information provided on first day
- Equipment provided during interview process
- Holiday weeks require 32 hours worked
- Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment at this facility within the past year are not eligible for rehire
- Candidates with prior traveler or older perm/PRN history should have eligibility verified before consideration
