Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment requiring L&D, PP, LDRP, and Level I Nursery experience.

Details

• Work in the Labor and Delivery and Mother Infant Unit
• Patient population includes L&D, postpartum, LDRP, and Level I Nursery cases
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, two shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Required certifications: ALS, BLS, NRP
• L&D, PP, LDRP, and Level I Nursery experience required
• Must pass the proctored Relias Fetal Monitoring course/exam prior to starting, with no retesting allowed for 6 months if unsuccessful
• COVID vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within the Labor and Delivery and Mother Infant Unit
• No radius rule in place; local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Permanent employees must be separated from employment for 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required; booster not currently required
