Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with Neuro and Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience for a contract position.
Details
- Work in a 26-suite high-tech Operating Room
- Both inpatient and outpatient procedures performed
- Care provided to patients across all age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Services include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery
- All shifts available, including day and night options
- On-call requirement of 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may include 12-hour shifts or on-call coverage
Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
- BLS certification mandatory
- Required Neuro surgical experience
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years
Additional Information
- Provide perioperative nursing care across a wide range of surgical specialties
- Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be considered
