Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

Details

40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting
Rehab Nursing IRF unit serving patients on the 1st and 2nd floors
Adult patient population recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
Patient ratio of 1:6
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Every other weekend required
Uses Epic EHR

Requirements

Active RN license (Indiana or compact) required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
AHA certifications required
Active Nursys licensure required at time of consideration

Additional Information

Provide comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care within a physical medicine and rehabilitation program
Navy scrub color required
Report time is 7a or 7p
Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
