Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with 1+ year experience for a home health and skilled nursing facility position in SE Minnesota.

Details

Split setting with 50% Home Health and 50% Skilled Nursing Facility, varying by area need
Flexibility across settings is required
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm
Home Health uses HCHB system and Skilled Nursing Facility uses NetHealth
Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility
No on-call or call-back requirements
Onsite Therapy Supervisor available

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS certification required
License required if applicable
New graduates will be considered
Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

Work under the supervision of an onsite Therapy Supervisor
First-time travelers will be considered
Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius are considered local and accepted at a lower rate
