Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position in Eastern Montana, requiring 2+ years of experience and newborn care experience.
Details
- Inpatient and outpatient respiratory department setting
- Treats patients of all age groups, including newborns
- Performs quality respiratory treatments and testing, including EKGs and 6 Minute Walk Tests
- Uses Epic EMR
- Night shift schedule, 7 on 7 off, 12-hour shifts
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- RRT or CRT certification required
- Active Montana state license required if applicable
- Current BLS, NRP, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
- Newborn care experience required
- Epic EMR experience
Additional Information
- Join the I CARE team within the Respiratory Department
- Assist with patient and family education on respiratory diseases and medications
- Help develop plans for successful patient discharges
- Work with various respiratory equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
- Collaborate closely with both inpatient and outpatient care teams
