Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ED RN for a night shift assignment requiring a CO or compact RN license and multiple emergency nursing certifications.

Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, NRP
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience required
- Preferred 2 years hospital nursing experience
- Preferred 1 year ED or critical care nursing experience
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Additional Information
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care based on assessment and prioritization in a fast-paced ED setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support needs
- Provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and condition
- Delegate care to ancillary staff and may precept student nurses or new hires
- Adhere to facility dress code and attire policies
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
