Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring setting-specific experience and an active license.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
30-minute meal break with auto-deduction if not clocked out
No on-call requirements
Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, full state license required while on assignment)
License required if applicable
Experience in the outpatient setting required
1 professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Equipment and parking details provided during the first day of assignment
Dress code information provided during the first day of assignment
Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
