Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a night shift hospital assignment requiring 18 months of ICU experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• ICU unit setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule with 4x12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float to other departments and facilities as needed, based on a monitored departmental rotation

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required
• 18 months of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Experience with ventilator management and IV insertion required
• PICC line experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS

Additional Information

• Interview process includes a nurse manager interview
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Former Emory or Houston Perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
