Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 3+ years of experience for an acute care facility, requiring NMTCB (PET) certification.
Details
- Acute care setting in the Nuclear Medicine department
- Day shift schedule, 0700-1530, Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call
- Uses ADAC-FORTE, Siemens e-cam, and GE Ventri equipment
- Charting via MEDITECH and McKesson PACS
- 40 hours guaranteed per week
- No holiday work required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- BLS certification required
- RT(N), RT(PT), or CNMT certification required (license required if applicable)
- PET imaging experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working independently after facility orientation
Additional Information
- Black scrubs required, not provided by facility
- Candidates must live outside a 75-mile radius from the facility to be eligible for placement
- Previous employees of the facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for placement
- First-time travelers may be considered
