Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU/Telemetry position requiring at least 2 years of experience and willingness to float across ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patient populations.

Details

• Acuity Adaptable Telemetry Unit caring for ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients
• 12-hour shifts from 07:00-19:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• No artificial or acrylic nails; natural nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch)

Additional Information

• Care for a mix of ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patients on an acuity adaptable unit
• Subject to facility radius rule which may affect local candidate eligibility for travel rate
• First-time travelers may be considered
