Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a NICU day shift position requiring 3+ years of experience and NRP certification.
Details
- NICU setting providing respiratory therapy services
- Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekend coverage every other weekend
- No call requirements
- No floating required
- Uses EPIC EMR
Requirements
- RRT credential, graduate of an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care with an Associate degree
- Arkansas license required if applicable
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- PALS, ACLS, and STABLE certifications preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the NICU specialty
- No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs not accepted
- Active license required at time of consideration
- Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory care services to neonatal patients in the NICU
- Black scrub color required
- Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
- Accepts local candidates
