Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery travel assignment requiring recent L&D experience and NRP certification.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state where care is provided (CA license required)
- BLS and Advanced NRP certifications required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred
- 5+ years of recent Labor and Delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
- 1 year of high-risk Labor and Delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide skilled nursing care within a Labor and Delivery unit
- Licenses and certifications must be active (not pending) at time of consideration
- Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate as travel candidates
