Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience along with a OK or compact RN license.

Details

  • Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population
  • Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
  • Monday through Friday schedule with possibility of weekends
  • 40-hour scheduled week
  • On-call responsibilities required
  • Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
  • Travelers must be flexible with assigned territory

Requirements

  • Active RN license (OK or compact) currently in hand
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
  • OASIS experience required for clinicians performing start of care visits
  • HCHB EMR experience required
  • Proof of vehicle insurance required
  • First-time travelers will not be considered

Additional Information

  • Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients
  • Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
  • iPad provided for documentation
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
  • Compliance items must be started within 24 hours of accepting an offer
  • Any RTO requests must be submitted at time of offer, with additional requests requiring on-site manager approval
