Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/IMC Float Pool position requiring recent Epic experience and 2+ years of Tele and IMC experience.
Details
- Float pool position covering Med/Surg Telemetry and IMC units
- Floats between Med/Surg and IMC units as needed
- Night shift, 4x12 hours, 18:30-7:00
- Patient ratios of 1:4-1:6
- Cares for patients with acute respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, severe congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and trauma
Requirements
- Active RN license (MD state or compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- 2+ years of recent Telemetry experience in a hospital setting required
- 2+ years of experience on an IMC unit in a hospital setting required
- Recent Epic EMR experience required
- Flu vaccination and 2-step PPD required with no exceptions
