Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a day shift travel assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Med/Surg unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with day shift hours from 7a-7p
• Facility can accommodate 48hr/week scheduling requests
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license (AL or compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• ACLS may be obtained prior to start if pending at time of consideration
• 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility for travel rate eligibility
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Previous CHS perm staff are not eligible if employed within the past 2 years
• First-time travelers may be considered
