Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with ARRT(MR) certification and 2+ years of acute care MRI experience to work 13-week day shift assignments.
Details
- Acute care imaging setting within the MRI department
- 3x12 hour day shifts (Friday 7:00 AM-7:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM-6:30 PM) or 4x10 hour day shifts (Friday through Monday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM)
Requirements
- ARRT(MR) certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care MRI Tech experience required
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited institution per the ARRT primary pathway
- 1 year combined permanent experience in MRI specialty required for Ohio locations
- One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for; co-worker references not accepted
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Travelers expected to work every other holiday
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only
- Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine/cotinine required within 12 months of start and updated annually for non-nurse, non-CST travelers
- Background check hits of any kind reviewed by facility; open cases not accepted
- No license hits accepted
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
- Assignments limited to 18 consecutive months, with a minimum 6-month break required before returning to another assignment within the health system
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- All RTO must be discussed during the interview process
