Description
American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring an active RN license (NH or Compact) and BLS/NRP certification.
Details
- Women & Children's Center labor and delivery unit
- Day shift schedule, 07:00-07:30
- 13-week assignment length
- Postpartum experience helpful but not required
- Uses Epic charting system
Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact)
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted at some locations)
- Current NRP certification (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted at some locations)
- Primary source verification of license and certifications required within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
- Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the standard travel rate
- Travelers applying for a NH license should request an emergency license within 48 hours of applying for their permanent license
- Respirator fit testing strongly preferred prior to start, with pending results required within 14 days of start
- NH-based facilities require two separate state background checks (NH Criminal Background check and NH BEAS record check)
- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
