Description

American Traveler is looking for a Physical Therapist for an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and AHA certifications.

Details

  • 12-week travel assignment in a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
  • Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Weekend work available on request
  • Patient population includes stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury cases

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
  • AHA certifications required
  • Active state licensure required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
  • Active Nursys/licensure status required at time of consideration

Additional Information

  • Facility is accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality and CARF-accredited for its Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program
  • Provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
  • Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
