Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB experience, along with 1+ years of recent experience.
Details
- Home health setting covering the Paducah territory, including Mayfield, Wickfield, Salem, Benton, Arlington, and areas near LY Lake and Lake Barley
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Average patient load of 5-7 patients per day
- Patient population consists of geriatric cases
- No on-call requirements
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Timely communication and documentation required
- Dress code is scrubs in any color, no jeans permitted
- iPad provided for documentation
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Accepts local candidates at the travel rate
