Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring TN or compact license and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

• Emergency Dept setting within a 130-bed hospital with a 19-bed ICU
• Patient population varies across all age ranges
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week
• Weekend requirement of at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, including Sat or Sun for day shift or Fri or Sat for night shift
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) required on file at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Dept experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care to patients across a wide range of ages and acuities
• Scrubs of any color permitted
• Holiday coverage required for 2 of 3 designated holidays
• All time off requests must be submitted in advance and may not include more than one holiday
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility
