Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring 2+ years of experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Acute care setting within a 242-bed Level II Trauma hospital
• Cardiac Cath Lab unit handling complex cardiac and vascular cases, EP, structural heart (TAVR), and hybrid (EVAR) procedures
• Neuro cases are handled by a separate unit
• 2 cath labs with 6-8 cases per day
• Uses Epic EMR and GE Maclab equipment
• 4x10 day shifts with call requirements

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Driver's license copy required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care for complex cardiac, vascular, EP, structural heart, and hybrid procedure patients
• Candidates may not have been directly employed by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and Dignity, within the past year
• Candidates previously employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
