Description
American Traveler is seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients across the Dayton, Huber Heights, Fairborn, and Yellow Springs areas.
Details
- Home health setting covering Dayton, Huber Heights, Fairborn, and Yellow Springs territories
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Full-time, 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Valid state PT license required prior to start date; pending licenses not accepted
- License required if applicable
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase charting system preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Open to candidates with varying levels of travel experience
- All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront for consideration
