  • Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity, with vent patients at 2:1 and cooling/CRRT/high acuity patients at 1:1
  • Patient diagnoses include COPD, encephalopathy, drug overdose, DKA, AKI, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, HF, and A-fib

  • Utilizes specialized equipment including cooling machines, Bair Huggers, and massive transfusion protocols
  • Average of 3 ventilated patients per day

Requirements

  • Active Michigan RN license required (pending licenses accepted with concrete ETA and proof of application)

  • No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment, and all RTO must be submitted prior to offer
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
