Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist skilled in Cardiology plus Neuro, Vascular, or IR procedures using the Siemens Artis Pheno system.

Details

Work in a hybrid OR and interventional radiology setting
Travel between two hospital locations as required
5x8 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Possible call requirement depending on skill set

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT (R)
State license required if applicable
ARRT (CI) and ARRT (VI) certifications preferred
CCI RCIS certification preferred
Trained on Siemens Artis Pheno and fluoroscopy equipment
Proficiency performing Cardiology procedures plus at least one of Neuro, Vascular, or IR
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Experience with hybrid OR and vascular surgery preferred
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Additional Information

Perform interventional radiology procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Operate Siemens Artis Pheno equipment effectively
Maintain accurate patient records in Epic when applicable
Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred
2 professional references required, with at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; a charge RN may serve as the second reference; coworker references not accepted
Former employees eligible for travel assignment after 6 months away from the facility
Current employees are not eligible to be hired as travelers at this health system
Local candidates accepted at the same rate
RTO must be submitted with application and built into the contract, limited to 7 days or less
Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing contract due to strict compliance timelines
