Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active MA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
Details
- Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
- Mid shift schedule from 11p to 11a
- 36 hours per week over 3 shifts
- No on-call requirements
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required at time of consideration (MA Temp License accepted)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required and must not expire within 30 days of start
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions allowed)
Additional Information
- Expected to make up any unexpectedly missed shifts to fulfill weekly guaranteed hours
- Habitual call-outs or attendance policy violations may result in contract termination
- Returning permanent staff are not eligible to return as travelers at any time
- RTO limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment
- Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within 50 miles of the facility
- Blue scrubs recommended though no specific color is required
