Description

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with ARDMS RDCS (AE) certification and 2+ years of adult echocardiogram experience.

Details

Perform adult echocardiograms for inpatients and outpatients
Approximately 8-12 patients per day
Uses GE Vivid E95 - 4D Ultra Edition HDU v204
RIS: Meditech, PACS: Philips iSite, Cardiology Viewing/Reporting: Philips ISCV
Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Travelers expected to float within the hospital as needed

Requirements

ARDMS certification with RDCS (AE) credential required, if applicable
Minimum 2 years of experience performing adult echocardiograms
Two professional references related to adult echocardiogram performance required for consideration
References must be completed within 2 years of the current date by a supervisor or someone in a supervisory capacity

Additional Information

Candidates with background history may be considered
Facility requests completion of required labs within 48-72 hours of contract signing to ensure timely clearance for start
Previous staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months and remain in good standing to be eligible for return
Local candidates accepted at the same rate with no set mileage restriction
