Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel position requiring BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Details
- Work in a Med/Surg unit with 34-38 beds
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- Night shift schedule, 7p-7a
- Floating required
- No call required
- Uses Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Active OK or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
- 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Scrub color requirement: black
- Maximum RTO of 4 days/nights per 13-week contract
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
- Previous CHS perm staff employees not eligible if employed within the past 2 years
